I cannot download the new version of Firefox, and you have no phone number. A legitimate business as big as yourselves should have phone assistance. You make it impossible and at the very least extremely unpleasant to use your service.
I can't believe that you only offer the assistance of a few "volunteers" with evidently extremely limited schedules to help your customers. Seriously, how dare you? You're a huge operation-why are you not providing professional assistance? I am disgusted with Firefox. You keep alerting me to the fact that my computer's no longer protected. I am unable to download the new version for some reason AND I CAN'T GET ANY HELP FROM YOU!!! I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED BY THIS SITUATION.
