in the toolbar window, top right, that is for search engines I now have a product called Chambers UK. I want to change it to google or a similair internet search engine not a dictionary that this appears to be. How can I do that?

Ensure you have another browser installed on your PC. Internet Explorer is easy to load, even if you don't want it as your default browser. Go to 'Computer', 'Add and Remove programs', scroll down to Mozilla Firefox. Uninstall it. Open Internet Explorer (or whatever browser you have) and Google for Mozilla Firefox. Install an older version-not the latest one, which seems to have caused me the problem. When it loads you will see Google has returned as the default search engine in the top right corner of the screen. If it doesn't work the first time, persevere. Took three attempts before it worked.
