Text is overlapping. Makes no difference what size font I put in or if I zoom and reset. Also changed font to no avail. Will no allow me to login into sites that I use. Also marked to allow sites to use own size.
What are my other options? Is there somewhere else to make changes other than tools, options, fonts and colors?

Can you attach a screenshot?
Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
Did you try 'none' for Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size ?
Does it happen on all website or only on specific websites?
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

You can rename the file content-prefs.sqlite to content-prefs.sqlite.old (or delete the file) in the Profile Folder to reset the page zoom on all sites.
