Problem with hyperlinks in Hotmail

more options

Since switching to Firefox from IE, I no longer have hyperlinks in Hotmail emails (receiving it doesn't work at all, but sending I can manually make a hyperlink whereas with IE it used to happen automatically). I can see the URL as text, but it is not a link. Please help.

There is usually a toolbar button in the editor to turn a text link into a clickable hyperlink (look for a chain like button).
You can select the text and click that button to turn the link into a clickable hyperlink.
If you can't find the button then hover them all to check the tooltip of each.

Thanks but there's still the main problem of plain text URLs that are supposed to be hyperlinks in emails that I've received. I know I could just copy and paste the stupid things in a new tab, but give me convenience or give me death.
