When I go to YouTube I get the message "Your browser is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a modern browser." I have also started getting this message on My Yahoo: " My Yahoo! recommends the new Firefox 3.6. Upgrade your browser now.".

Your use agent seems to be corrupted:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080201 Firefox/2.0.0.12 811FFTBSTE({C366B21D-DA98-CD57-737C-78FEDD8FCDE6})

See Find what version of Firefox you are using and Web sites or add-ons incorrectly report incompatible browser

Check the general.useragent prefs on the about:config page.
You can open the about:config page via the location bar, just like you open a website.
Filter: general.useragent

If any general.useragent prefs are bold (user set) then right-click that pref and choose Reset.
