how do i access a file or save it o my desktop once it is downloaded
I have downloaded an antivirus program but am not sure how i now go about accessing it or saving it to my desktop? It appears in the 'downloads' window and i'm not able to save it to my desktop or run it. would appreciate some help?

I have tried changing the download point via the options tab but i cant get it to work and i have also tried double clicking on the download in the 'download window' but it wont open.
