I have background music playing which has started recently. I cannot watch news video for example because the background music makes it impossible to hear dialogue. I have tried safe mode and disabling extensions, etc., as per the suggestions. == This happened == Every time Firefox opened == not sure...I just realized it last week when looking at a video on another site.
