open multiple tabs in two different instances by shell:startup-link

Hey all, at shell:startup on windows i will open firefox two times (first for multimedia like tv-stream and maston, second for "working activities" like webmail, office online). How can i open by file explorer link (like in shell:startup) a new tab (newspaper) everytime in instance "first" even if i was using second at last?
