Firefox App: how to copy the automatically marked URL in the address bar ?? Press and hold? This is not very useable.

Can you try Ctrl-C to copy and Ctrl-V to paste and check?

yes, i know, but it is the solution that i am criticizing. The clipboard action buttons do not pop out automatically like i wish.
