What does it mean when my authenticator app will not move or let me do anything?
I downloaded the authentication app because my Firefox browser told me to. But after I got done subscribing to the app it like won’t let me do anything and It’s just stuck on the same page the page’s says connect all emails or something. What should I do?

Hi Danna,
There may be something going on during the installation process. I'd recommend you to reinstall the authenticator app to see if it solve it.
