Go to "Connected Services" in your Mozilla Account and sign out of any devices you don't recognize. For example, if you see "Rich's Android", "Rich's PC", and "Bob's iPhone", you should sign out of "Bob's iPhone" if you don't know Bob. Afterward, you should probably change your Mozilla Account password to make sure whoever that is doesn't get in again.
