Why is there no sent folder and why are sent messages in inbox
Cannot see folders that include trash and sent. How do I see them and why are sent messages being included in inbox?

I don't know how to do this. Helps totally inadequate in explaining what to do. Still have the same problems. How do I find my "threads", whatever that is, to see if there are actual replies to my questions.
That is, telling me I didn't do the right thing doesn't tell me what the right thing is.
Your question is somewhat vague. Please share domain name (the info to right of @ sign), and tell whether IMAP or POP account. A screenshot of the account folders as they appear in folder pane may help, as I don't know if the sent folder is in the inbox or if the messages themselves appear in inbox. Once what you're seeing is visible here, some suggestions may be made. Thank you
