"Local Folders" account is still there, but the subfolders are gone?

I'm having the same problem every time I restart my computer and open up TB. The Local Folders account is still there, but the subfolders do not show up. I need to re-establish the location of the local folders in Account Settings for Local Folders every time now - they show up after I've done that. Why is this not persistent?
