Firefox tab resetting intermittantly
For the past week or so, Firefox has been resetting the tab I am using. The whole tab will suddenly go blank except for blank placeholders for buttons, frames, etc., after which a few seconds later the tab reloads. If I was watching a video, that video is still there but has been reset to the start. There does not seem to be any particular trigger (I read another thread from about a year ago in which another user described the same problem.) I have never seen this kind of random reset/reload behavior in Firefox. Let me know if there is a way to collect more information if possible. Thanks for your time.

The GPU process could be crashing. Try updating your graphics drivers from the manufacturer's site.
See if it still happens with hardware acceleration disabled.
All drivers are continually updated. Hardware acceleration has been disabled. Will see what happens.
Tab reset has occurred once since disabling hardware acceleration. No particular activity appears to be associated with the behavior. Continuing to observe.

Does it still happen in a new profile (without signing into sync account)? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.
