I can not change password and connect to my gmail account after changing password. I try also change it in password managaer in settings

For gmail accounts, the user is not authorized to set the password. Instead, Google does that. My general suggestion to people is to set up the account and never enter password to Thunderbird. Then, when Google prompts for the email password, it creates a token that is stored as the password. If you change it, Gmail will not log in.
