Try the same site in another browser for S&Gs to see what happens. Clear the Firefox cache. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache Also see what happens in Safe Mode. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode
