Important to minimize effort for recipient, You could request a reply with CANCEL in the subject, or you could set up a webpage and database to allow them to click to unsubscribe. My recommendation is to use a professional service, such as MailChimp or ConstantContact. Otherwise, you face a lot of manual work in keeping the mailing list current and avoiding accusations of spamming.
