Moving my Address Book form my old to my new computer

I have followed the article on Moving Thunderbird data to a new Computer, but somehow I am getting stuck somewhere between steps 5-9 on the Destination Computer. The Thunderbird file supposedly in my new computer, but the data is not transferring. Can somebody kindly walk me through this? Thank you. Robert Scuka

I don't know what article you are referring to. Generally, the simple approach is to use Tools>import>import from another computer.
