Firefox keeps erasing history without any reason! It is extremely frustrating because it has happened since I tried to use Sync. Don't know what happened, but something is wrong.
It would help if I could talk to a human being, but this problem has continued without any solution. Firefox keeps going back and forth between having my history when I search and seemingly erasing all history without any reason. I can turn off the computer, come back on, and never know what Firefox is going to do. This started happening a week or more ago when I started to log on to sync. Since then, everything ironically has been out of sync, and it is very, very frustrating!
