where are bookmarks?!

It's so maddening trying to do something as simple as accessing all my bookmarks! Why?! It's an integral feature of browsing that pinheads around the globe, like me, use on a regular basis? Why does it have to be a mystery easter egg hunt just to find them?! Why does it have to be one of the major topics on your Support page instead of simple, and user friendly, so it's not one of the likely topics people need help with? When I click on the bookmarks symbol, I can access the most recent bookmarks but not the rest. I searched online and the help said to access them in the Library. Where the [expletive] is the library? It's not visible. Not in Settings. Is this browser made for masochists that love torture?! Ahhhgggg!

The "Library" window pops up separately when you use

menu > Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks (it's at the bottom below Recent)

Some other options are:

  • the Bookmarks Sidebar: Ctrl+B to open or close it
  • the classic Bookmarks menu: Alt+B to drop it from the hidden menu bar (or if you keep the bar displayed, you can just click it)
  • the optional Bookmarks Menu button -- find in the Customize panel (Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)
