Accessing websites
I am unable to access any websites. For example, Amazon, Belk, Walmart, etc. I have shut the computer down several times to no avail. My wifi is working fine. I am puzzled as to how I was able to access this support site. This has been a problem for at least a week now but I could eventually access websites but this morning I have made numerous attempts to no avail.

Screenshot of the issues minus private info so others can verify what your seeing to what they see when they go to Amazon on Firefox.
Also, what security software are you running? Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox, especially VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.

You may also have to install the Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable Package. You need to reboot the computer.
