No sound on FF browser, but MS Edge & Google Chrome work fine. Spent 4 hrs "troubleshooting" w/out success
NO SOUND. NEED HELP. NO SUPPORT INFO HELPS. I've refreshed, updated, allowed autoplay. I'm at the end of my rope. There was an auto-update to Windows 10 last night, but no probs w/ anything but FF browser.

What is your sound setup? I have a dock and external speakers in the dock. see screenshot Can you show a similar screenshot?
