If there is still a problem,

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While you are in Troubleshoot(Safe) mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Did you check the More menu or does that show the Books and Finance menu ?

It is possible that you participate in a Google experiment and get a different layout. Clearing the Google cookies should opt you out.

There is a gab between More and Tools and they aren't placed in the same container like the other menu items. The Tools menu is in the div#id="hdtb-tls" container. The More menu is in its own span[class="hdtb-mitem"] container and the other Menu items are in the various div[class="hdtb-mitem"] containers above the More menu item that show in the screenshot.

You can right-click and select "Inspect" to open the built-in Inspector with this element selected.
