In using financial institution web site (new version), it requets 3rd party cookies and cross site tracking, which I allowed using shield. However, one important function on site will not even show on screen. Any other setting changes need?

Thank you for responding. I'm trying to use a new online check paying system through a local financial institution. Staff at the institution tell me that when I fill out an online form to make a payment there should be a button/function, that says "review payment". After reviewing payment another popup shows payment details and should say "make payment". Neither of these popups ever appear . I've tried clearing the cache, permitting cookies, I've turned off all of the protections that I could find for the web site. I read the links you forwarded and tried even the ones I had tried before. I tried to be careful to reload the web site each time. Staff at the institution say that no one else has reported this problem. I've spent several hours on this and I have not more ideas.

I appreciate any ideas you may have. Thanks again.

Jim

Did you check everything in my last post? Including Firefox Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode?

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?

Once again, thank you for your help. Restarting the computer in Safe Mode did not make any difference. I don't know what to make of the problem. I've tried the troublesome web site using Apple Safari web browser and Firefox; I've tried using it on both a lap top and a desktop computer and the issue persists. I'm inclined to think that it is a problem with the web site, but the financial organization does not think they are at fault.

Thank you for your help.
