Since Yesterday (Aug 30, 2021) my "All Day" activities span 2 days.

I don't have Win10 and not able to replicate in Win7, Win11, nor Linux. Can you try in Safe Mode? Also, can you try another version like Nightly, Beta, or Dev? https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
