I'd prefer to use Firefox to log into Walgreens but I can't. I was able to a year ago the last time I shopped on the website. I've tried a lot: 1. Close Firefox and reopen it. 2. Tried Safari (and it did work) 3. Clear your cookies. 4. Clear your cache. 5. Reboot your computer. 6. I installed Firefox on my iPod Touch and it didn't work there either. 7. Go directly to photo.walgreens.com, that didn't work either.

When I try to log in, I get a red pop up that states "We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this service is currently unavailable. Please try again later." I've also tried to reset my password to see if that would help and I can't. I get another red pop that states "We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the service is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

When I tried on my iPod. I installed Firefox for the first time on it, I didn't sync it with my account on my Mac, and I couldn't log into Walgreens.com on there either. I got a completely white screen with this error message: Cannot GET / profile/autologin.jsp4ru=/ The print is so tiny I had to get a magnifying glass. I think it's correct. Then I tried photo.walgreens.com on the iPod. It went directly to the site from the error page from Walgreens.com and I was already logged in, strangely. Even though I just got an error message before! I had to log out of photo.walgreens.com to try to log in directly and got an error message: Cannot GET /profile/autologin.jsp4ru=/sso/sanlRedirect . jsp

I don't know what's changed since I last shopped on walgreens.com a year ago. I tried their technical service and I ended up being told after trying all that and it still doesn't work that Firefox isn't compatible with the Walgreen's website. Is that correct or am I missing something? I appreciate any help.

I had no problem using https://photo.walgreens.com/store/home

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
