Is it possible that someone could use my iOS device on windows or like on another phone and somehow get away with it? I feel my domian for google is bonded to like some bs that involves my ip4 /6 and iOS and somehow tracking arms doing whatever they want with my apps and who knows

I see some weird analytics like gstatic and developer this and that I feel it’s breached
