Is there any feature in Firefox that acts like Chrome's bookmark feature?
So I want to know if there's a feature that can perform similar perfromances as the chrome's bookmark will do, so what i want is that to have a bookmark below the address bar.

Yes, it's called the Bookmarks Toolbar. More info here: Bookmarks Toolbar - Display your favorite websites at the top of the Firefox window.
If you want new bookmarks to save to the toolbar directly, you need an add-on for that:
