Since using the Firefox browser, my yahoo emails print so large they will not fit on a page. I tried decreasing the screen size but no luck.

I went to my yahoo email account using Explorer and the emails print out fine. Any suggestions?

Hi dlswennes, is Yahoo the only site affected??

Could you double-check the "Scaling" setting for your printer(s). One way to do that is as follows:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful or accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste scaling and pause while the list is filtered

Firefox should list each printer you have used and its currently saved scaling setting. If there are any that are larger than 1.00, you can double-click it and change the value to 1.00 and then click OK. That should restore it to "100%".

Note that Firefox may still ignore the scaling and use Shrink to Fit. To check the shrink-to-fit setting for each of your printers, you can do this:

(3) In the search box above the list, type or paste shrink and pause while the list is filtered

By default, the value for each printer will be true -- if you have any set to false you can double-click it to flip it to true.
