Do we sign in when we synch? I'm totally confused. I don't synch anything. My account looks like there has been some synching going on here. Please help me. If so I need to change my password immediately. Ty

You can check the devices connected to your Firefox Account, if you have one, using this page:
https://accounts.firefox.com/settings/clients
You can disconnect unrecognized devices.
