FF makes a buzzing sound when I use my mouse. Not in other browers.

You are using a beta version of the browser. Betas are known to have bugs that need to be found and fixed.
Firefox itself does not make sounds.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
