page translator not working
I have a translator installed on my father's computer because he only reads in russian although his computer is located in the US recently, it recently stopped translating pages it used to translate. Can someone call and help us troubleshoot this issue.

I see running version 57 of Firefox. Current version is 60.0.1 and can update from Help --> About.
What is the name of the translation Extension please as it may have been disabled due to being incompatible when he was updated to version 57.

Try removing the translator. Close Firefox. After, go to the translator's page and reinstall it.
