Can I restore emails and address book after reinstalling windows 10?
There’s something wrong with my laptop- it seems the only option is to reinstall windows 10. I can opt to save my personal files but will lose any apps or programmes loaded. I know I’ll lose Thunderbird, but wondered whether my emails and contacts will be saved as part of my personal files? Many Thanks

Do not trust Windows to save files that is not theirs. Backup your profile. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data Backups should be a normal maintenance item anyway.
