Chances are that extension needs to be updated to enable it or make it "active". Go into the Firefox Addons Manager, locate that extension then click More... - then use the "Gear" button at the top to find the Check for Updates menu item and select that item to "check for an update".

This add on came on when modzilla updated. I camn't get rid of it, is it something that msadzilla added
