Hi, as a beta tester for Norton and have Norton Utilities running it does not clear History unless the settings have not been set or the settings have become corrupted.

Please open NU and then go to Privacy then Click : Clear your browser history and Click on Firefox and untick all in the right menu then click Firefox and take the check mark out of Firefox. It should then never clear anything in Firefox. If it does then suggest uninstall and reinstall to fix the settings.

Or it is a issue because you are running Firefox 60 and then should go back to a release version 59.0.3

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.
