Firefox won't load content of some pages / full pages.
Hi,
I've got the following problem. I'm not sure if has started when I updated Firefox or changed the internet provider (the former seems fare more likely), but since that time some pages woun't load completely or wouldn't load at all.
I've tried all the solutions I've found on the net, including reinstalling FF and launching it in "safe mode", but the problem did not disappear.
Any ideas how to solve it? I do not experience such problem with Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Example 1: - Maps on strava won't load (pic)
Example 2: - The following website either does not load at all or loads only navigation buttons (but the list of song is not visible): https://www.polskieradio.pl/9,Trojka/33,Playlista
I'd appreciate your help.

Hi,
Sorry, for some reason the pic did not upload...
You said you tried Firefox Safe Mode.
Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

Hi,
Nope, starting the computer in safe mode did no help either. Still some pages won't load. Any other ideas?
You tried Firefox Safe Mode, the computer in Safe Mode. I called for more help.
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version
There is Tracking Protection that can block (wanted) content, so check the location/address bar for special icons.
You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
"Clear the cache:
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems.
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
