Since the most recent upgrade, I am having some problems. I placed an order online, entered the payment information and hit enter. I got an order number from the company. Several days later, I tried to check the status on my order only to see "order does not exist". Called the company and was told the order did not go through and I had to resubmit it.

Next problem was with creating an online account for my health insurance company. Set up user name, password, and filled out all other info and when I got to the very end and hit enter, I got an error notice from the company on screen. I have called the company 3 times trying to get into my account and cannot reset the password. Third CSR said I should try doing it using Google Chrome. I had also paid for my first month's premium online and received an email with a confirmation number on 12/14, then kept getting email notices that I still needed to pay my premium. Called the credit card company and found out the payment did not go through. Called the insurance company on 12/21 and made the payment through a CSR.

Since the upgrade, when I log into my medical account, I get the message that the account does not recognize the computer I'm using and then I have to answer the 'secret' questions in order to access my account. This never happened prior to the upgrade.

Please Refresh but do this 1st:

then

TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:

If is your Profile :

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.

If after testing,,,,,,,,,,,, and still have issue : Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

See Creating a profile :

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
