How can I transfer contents of Outlook 2003 Address Book to Thunderbird?
I downloaded and installed Thunderbird. But I haven't found how to transfer my old email addresses from Outlook 2003 Address Book.

Thank you for responding to my question. However, Outlook 2003 offers no way to export my Contacts as vCard files (not even sure what vCard files are). Any other solutions available?
