Need button back to add items to Amazon Wish List. And saying Firefox is faster a 1000 times, doesn't make it so. It isn't.

I use the add-on that allowed you to find an item on the internet and add it to the Amazon Wish List. And I use it frequently. I thought it was one of the best add-ons that Firefox had.

Now with the new update, or should I say downgrade, that button is missing, along with almost every other add-on that I used on a regular basis. And when I click on the button to see an equivalent, I get a pages long list of other add-ons that have nothing to do with the Amazon Wish List and hold absolutely no interest for me.

And while I'm ranting, saying something a thousand times doesn't make it so. Everywhere I look I see Firefox is faster, Firefox is faster, Firefox is faster, Firefox is faster, Firefox is faster. NOT TRUE, NOT TRUE, maybe I should say that a thousand times, so someone takes notice. I can now read the webpages as they download sections of a page at a time. It reminds me of when I used to use an 800 Baud modem. Anyone out there remember those?

Geez, Louise, will someone please fix this thing. Trust me, if I knew how to do this kind of programming, I would, just so I could have back what has disappeared.

Most extensions stopped working with the new verions of Firefox.

You can download and install Firefox ESR (52), which has security updates at least until somewhere in 2018: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/

And turn off automatic updates if you don't want to get the broken version of Firefox again. Turning off automatic updates can be done in Tools->Options->Advanced->Update Or go to about:config and search for app.update.auto and turn it off.
