dont have access to my account email to retrieve verification email
email jasonsobie75@verizon.net no longer exists so when i sign in and sends a verification code to that email I cant complete the sign in

If this is in regards to a Firefox Account for Sync, you'll need to create a new account. Not possible to change the email address associated with a Firefox Account.
