how to disable speech
I cannot stop the text to speech that some how started reading all of my windows. It is annoying me and I have refreshed but not sure how this got started.

Windows Start > Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Narrator.
Narrator is only working in Firefox not other apps and this solution did not stop the speech in Firefox
Hi ! You have the Dragon Naturally Speaking Rich Internet Application Support - plug-in installed. Maybe disabling it might help ?
