Have to refresh Firefox daily to attach files in the OWA. Have cleared cookies & cache & doesn't fix problem. Works in Safari. Irritating to reset pref. daily.
I have to refresh Firefox DAILY to be able to attach files to an email in the Outlook Web App.
Nothing happens when I click the attachment icon.
I have started Firefox in Safe Mode. That does not fix the problem.
Have cleared cookies & cache as instructed at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1081063. It doesn't not fix the problem.
I have no problem attaching files using Safari.
The only thing that has worked is to refresh Firefox. The problem with that is it resets the preferences to the default.
It is very frustrating to have to reset my Firefox preferences every day.
A solution would be very welcome. Thanks!!
