When logging on as usual all files in the inbox were suddenly missing one day, including the trash and all other folders. The inbox column heading was greyed out. A menu popped up to create an account or to download/re log in to existing account but it keeps refusing to allow us access saying that username or password is incorrect, however we can access our emails on other engines with the same details. I would really like my history, etc restored as I need to access information from it. Thanks in advance.
