Can you please attach a screenshot, what's wrong on that website? For me it looks completely the same in Firefox and Chromium. Have you tried to Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode?

No. Last time I tried that it took a month to get everything reinstalled.

Safe mode in Firefox won't remove any of your data, it just disables installed add-ons until you restart Firefox. Than it will work the same way like before.

You probably mean refreshing Firefox, which indeed delete some data and settings, as described here, but that's not what you should do not, not yet at least.
