Is there an add on to translate a web page into English from another language for the iPad and if so how do I get it?
If I pull up a website that is in Swedish on my iPad.....is there a way to translate it Ito English? I hit the translate link but it doesn't work On my Mac it does it automatically but I don't have it with me

And then you will get your translation!
I don't know of any other way for Firefox for iOS.
Unfortunately, we don't have add-ons or extensions for Firefox for iOS. The team is trying to figure out an add-on strategy for iOS but has no timeline for this strategy and implementing it.
