There was a banner at the top of firefox windows starting with the logo and menu button and it is gone. Can I get it back?
I have seen Firefox refer to a menu, but I don't have it. I would expect it to be on a 'banner'.

What Mozilla Giveth, Mozilla Taketh Away.
The current way to get to your settings is to click the icon that looks like 3 lines on top of one another.
Or, press the Alt or F10 key bring up the tool bar
Many of us are using; Classic Theme Restorer (Customize Australis) {web link} Restore squared tabs, appmenu, add-ons bar, small button view and more on Australis UI (Windows/MacOSX/Linux + Fx 29+).
This will restore many of the things the last upgrades took away.
