It did go through its the only emails from mozilla that I have received. Need to change my password but I do not get the email to reset. I tried different emails also....

ok I got another email from mozilla. Evidently the problem is with the reset your password email. the email I got from mozilla just now is about getting firefox on my android devices. Sooo I'm gonna try to reset password again and I will let you know if it works. :)

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the web site.

Check your user profile at the site.

Go to the top of any support.mozilla.org web page and press your user name to see your Mozilla profile. Including your questions and answers.
