why wont Firefox down load Kaspersky anitivures protection for my emails
I have recently purchased this product.
And i continue to get lots of spam and unwanted messages via my email account
can you all help me with it?

Firefox is a web browser and not a email client such as Thunderbird is.
The only thing email that Firefox can view is by way of one of the thousand webmail service options you view in a web browser.

What anti-virus programs do is to scan downloads and e-mails for bad things. What you have is an incoming e-mail problem.
Some e-mail providers have an option to sort incoming mail. Check with your provider.
Go here and register for protection for your e-mail and phones; The National Do Not Call Registry
