Why do I keep getting a "This item has been moved" notice?

I know it's connected to Ghostery. It started with Firefox 40.0 and continues. Disabling Ghostery solves the problem, but it was a Firefox change — or bug — that caused it in the first place. Not a Ghostery change.

Temporarily solved by reverting to Ghostery 5.4.6 (latest version is 5.4.7). It's apparently 100% a Ghostery problem and not Firefox.

Another page I'm getting shifted to. In trying to place an order on line, for instance, every succeeding page will be blank except for that. It has to be clicked to go on to the correct page. It doesn't happen with Ghostery disabled, nor did it happen with Ghostery enabled before Firefox 40.0.
