Using Firefox cannot stay logged-in to BT-Yahoo webmail. Can with Chrome and IE
BT-Yahoo allow one to remain logged in when re-visiting the site. With Firefox I have to log in every time I want to use the BT webmail. Please advise on settings to let his happen.

Make sure you are not using firefox in Private Modebecause it never stores your ongoing session/passwords/history. Private Mode
Now Check Password Manager that it stores your passwords by going :
- Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: '"Saved Passwords'" > '"Show Passwords
You can configure Password Manager from Configure Password Manager
Might be cookies are corrupted or removed from the list,so that make the cause. go to->
- Tools > Options > Privacy: History: [X] Clear history when Firefox closes > Settings
and uncheck Clear History when Firefox closed
Thank you Chandan_Baba. I am working through your suggestions. It will take a while due to my lack of expertise. For instance, I have only just found the toolbar with 'tools' on it! Unfortunately I don't find the Mozilla support pages very user friendly, but that may be because of my limited knowledge. My thanks again for your help.
